Paradiso wanted to fill weekend nights consistently. We built a paid-social engine on Facebook and Instagram targeting nightlife audiences in São Paulo, with creative refreshed weekly and offer-based promotions during slow periods. We tied bookings and door sales back to specific ad sets so the owner could see exactly which campaigns drove which weekend.

We built a multi-touch lead-gen system: top-funnel content ads on LinkedIn and Meta, a lead magnet (free management diagnosis), email nurture sequence, and a hand-off process with their sales team. Every lead source attributed back to the closing rep.
What started as a "let's try paid ads" experiment became their primary new-business channel. Their sales team now spends most of their time on inbound conversations instead of cold outreach.
